The essence of any ideology, the strength of an idea, depends on the effectiveness and impact of propaganda. No matter where and with whom the Head of our State meets, during the discussion with the representatives of any sphere, a special attention is paid to the three concepts. These are quality and efficiency.These concepts are essential in the development of national economy.

   It is known that the President of the Republic, as chairman of the Council of Spirituality and Education gave many instructions aimed at increasing the effectiveness of spiritual and educational work.There are several definiitons about spirituality, given by the Head of the State. The first definition: “Spirituality is our most effective and powerful weapon.”.The second definition: “Economy is the body of  society life, and spirituality is its soul and spirit.” The sign of life is the unity of soul, body and spirit. The third provocative definition “Spirituality must go ahead of other areas, become a new force, a new movement.” Therefore, once again it should be mentioned the phrase: “Speaking is enlightenment, listening is culture, and understanding is spirituality.” In particular, instead of the economic basis of these actions, it was noted that this year the largest amount of funds is allocated to the social sphere - 134 trillion soums, which is 5.6 times more than in 2016. At present time,  the pace of development on a global scale is unprecedentedly high. At the same time, deep transformation processes are taking place in the system of age-old values and socio-political views.
