On December 14, 2023 at "Hydromelioration" faculty of University, with graduate students of "Water Reclamation" specialty there was organized a meeting with the Deputy Minister of Water Management of the Republic R. J. Karshiyev. The event was organized by Professor Begmatov Ilkhom, Head of "Irrigation and Reclamation" Department “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers” National Research University.  At the meeting, R. J. Karshiyev gave a speech on the topic "On the priority tasks of using   a modern approach and cost-effective methods in the management of water resources and improving the skills of the population in the rational use of water."
