    The head of the information service of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Nazokat Abdukunduzova informed about the work done aimed at introducing a modern continuous form of retraining and advanced training for management and teaching staff of the vocational education system. At present time in order to retrain and improve the qualifications of management and teaching staff, my.moqt.uz platform has been launched, based on the results of 3 years of professional and pedagogical activity, due to which the students will be assessed on a 100-point system. This process of retraining and advanced training is carried out in the following forms:

- for students who scored from 20 to 85 points, training will be carried out in traditional or distance learning;

- those who score 86 points and above will take the online test.

In addition, an assessment is established based on alternative forms of retraining and vocational education. Currently, more than 30 thousand managers and teaching staff work in the vocational education system. Every year, 10 thousand of them undergo retraining and advanced training courses. In order to train mid-level personnel, based on the needs of employers, in our country, in accordance with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers N. 647, dated December 7, 2023, free short-term advanced training courses in the form of dual education will be organized in vocational educational institutions.
