At Student’s Dormitory with the students of “Economics” Faculty by the initiatives of D. Egamova and G. Shodieva there was organized Master Class about preparing somsa from the series of “Secrets of Cooking”activities. Somsa, which is usually made by pumpkin is one of the most delicious and healthy dishes of Uzbek culture.
