Protecting the rights and legitimate interests of women in our country, increasing their economic, social and political activity, maintaining their health, providing vocational training and employment, widespread involvement in entrepreneurship, social support for women in need is very important. Support mentioned in reforms for ensuring gender equality also considers Women violence as a global problem.

On November 9,2023, under the leadership of Zukhra Karabaevna, Chairman of University Advisory Council on Women's Issues, Associate professors Z.Beknazarova and Mirkhasilova Z., teacher Akhrarova D. there was organized the event on the topic “Gender Equality” according to the plan. As an expert to the event there were invited Khojaeva Sayyora Atakhanovna, director of the Institute of Democracy and Human Rights, candidate of legal sciences, Colonel of Justice Abdukadirova Shohista Akbarovna, member of  Tashkent city council of the Ecological Party of Uzbekistan, chairman of  Yunusabad district Party organization Fayzieva Sevara Tulkunovna, Ecological Party of Uzbekistan.The participant of the event, director of the Institute of Democracy and Human Rights, candidate of legal sciences, colonel of justice Sayora Atakhanovna Khodzhaeva provided full information on the topic with life based experiences. During the event there was suggested ideas about the place of women in society, their position.
