It is important to suggest that the event, which was attended by employees of our educational institution, professors and teachers, dedicated to the analysis of the results of the National Ranking of our institute in 2020, was devoted to summing up the strategic analysis of future work. The first vice-rector of our institute, Mirzaev Bakhodir gave a speech during the event. He pointed out that without overloading oneself with achievements, it is necessary to hold on to these victories and work with greater energy and intellectual potential. It was noted that the growth of the authority of our institute is associated with the organization of the teaching staff, self-improvement, development of pedagogical skills, acceleration of scientific research. Depending on the activities of the teaching staff and the results of their work, teachers were paid monetary rewards depending on their academic degree.
