It is known that at “Tractors and Automobiles” Department of our university scientific research in the field of environmental engineering is being conducted in cooperation with scientists from University of Washington in St. Louis, USA. In particular, an important place is occupied by the study of the amount of small volatile particles PM2, 5 and PM10 in the atmospheric air of large cities, the study of the contribution of vehicles and other sources to air pollution. On June 16, 2023, within the framework of a cooperation project, a doctoral student of University of Washington Huang Liu arrived in Uzbekistan and is currently directly involved in research work carried out jointly with undergraduates and students of the department. Based on the results of ongoing scientific research, it is planned to publish articles in cooperation.
