Definitely, our land is a national treasure and the preservation of the environment is the duty of everyone. Due to the holiday from April 18 to 21, 2023, a scientific and practical seminar was held among the talented youth of our university on the topic “Innovative approaches, prospects and tasks of land management in Uzbekistan” including various competitions and exhibitions.

This event is held annually at our university under the motto "Invest in our planet" based on a competition among students. The competition was also attended by the students of Karshi Institute of Irrigation and Agrotechnologies at National Research University "TIIAME". On the first day of the competition all students showed their great interest in GeoScience scientific articles.

Besides that, students actively participated in the second day of the competition with the prepared by them GeoMovie videos. Competition of teams in drawings "GeoPicasso" is also planned. The purpose of this event is to attract the attention of the general public, especially young people, to the sustainable management of land resources and their rational use, urgent problems related to land protection, reforms to preserve land resources. Winning students are planned to be awarded April.
