On March 11, 2023  pre-referendum conversations were organized in different places of Almachi microdistrict including a market, railway stations, entrances of multi-storied buildings by the initiative Nilufar Yuldasheva, Professors of NRU “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers”. In her speech, professor mentioned about the important aspects of the updated Constitution.By giving examples she explained about the number of articles, which were  increased from 128 to 155, and the norms in Constitution, that  were increased from 275 to 434, the conceptual changes that were made to 91 out of 128 articles, and in general the text of the constitution was changed by 65%. She provided answers to questions, asked from people regarding the changes in Constitution. From all participants of the event there was requested to take part actively in the referendum, which will be held on April 30, 2023.
