On March 31, 2023 there was the event "Referendum-2023" at National Research University "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" ,where leaders from different organizations and university staff participated. The spiritual and educational event, "Referendum-2023", devoted to the new Constitution of New Uzbekistan was attended by the head of the Agency for Youth Affairs Sherzod Olimov, deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis Mokhira Khodjaeva, the Governor of Mirzo Ulugbek district Shavkat Ergashev, deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis Mukhtabar Khusanova, university graduate Khikmatulla Shoumarov. Besides that, there were  different singers, artists, who could bring joy and happiness to everyone’s mood.Surprisingly, more than 400 leaders and teaching staff of university as well as 2600 students participated at the event.
