Qualified personnel with modern knowledge and skills are the main force in the development of any industry. Particular attention is paid to the issue of training and advanced training of specialists in this field, including their familiarization with the best practices of developed countries.

In particular, within the framework of the project of developing the concept of the water academy and improving the skills of industry specialists, which is currently being implemented in cooperation with the World Bank a group of employees of "Ozsuvtaminot" JSC and Associate Professor Abdukadirova Malokhat Norijhonovnalari, "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" NRU Ecology and Water Resources Management" Department are having a two-week training seminar at South Korea's "K-Water" Academy.

During the training seminar, the participants will be given detailed information about the stages of development of the South Korean water supply system, the priority directions of the water policy of this country, the tariff policy, the effectiveness of energy-saving technologies in water supply facilities, and water quality standards. Also, according to the program of the training seminar, it is planned to conduct practical training and visit a number of drinking and wastewater treatment facilities, and laboratories.
