On November 28, 2022, Ms. Kharjot Kaur, Chief Social Development Specialist of the World Bank and Central Asia Coordinator, and Tolmasbek Boltaev, Social Development Specialist for Europe and Central Asia, visited "TIIAME" National research University. The meeting, organized at the Joint Research Center "Geoinformatics", was opened with an introductory speech by the rector of the university, Professor Mirzaev Bakhadir Suyunovich, who spoke about the university, its place and tasks, set in the country thses days in terms of training personnel, as well as projects, being implemented in cooperation with international partner organizations and universities. The main purpose of the meeting - within the financial support of the World Bank , creating a new specialty at the university for training personnel that meets the requirements of the social policy, developed by the World Bank on land resources and environmental protection, as well as the implementation of integration between the World Bank and the University. At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed on a plan for further action.
