The creation of the flag has a long history.  This is the spirit that prevails in the events taking place everywhere. On the occasion of the adoption of the State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Associate Professor of  National Research University Nilufar Yuldasheva was awarded the “Gratitude diploma” by the Belarusian-Uzbek Joint Interdisciplinary Institute of Practical and Technical Qualifications for her meaningful speech and high-level cooperation.
