November 7-9, 2022 University psychologist Mukhammedova M.K. and tutor Egamova D. organized a seminar training with students of groups 104-109-113 of the faculty of "land management" on the topic "Getting rid of stereotypical thinking, controlling the internal mental state." The aim of the event is to stabilize the state and mood of students, improving communication skills, increasing self-esteem, learning to work together, and developing the skills of non-standard thinking.

   Such training and games as “Greeting without words” (goal: to create a friendly working atmosphere; to draw the attention of participants to the sensations and feelings resulting from the touch of partners); “Give Your Opinion”, “Inner Light”, “Exercise “Wave” was held within the framework of the event. All participants ended the event in high spirits, receiving the necessary information.
