On November 8-10, 2022, the "Summit of Higher Education Institutions of Asian Countries (QS World University Rankings: QS Asia University Rankings 2023)" the QS international rating agency is held in Jakarta, Indonesia. Rector Bakhodir Mirzaev and the head of the university's international rating department Mamanbek Reymov are participating in this summit on behalf of the delegation of "TIIAME" National Research University".

        On the first day of the summit, the Rector of "TIIAME" National Research University" Professor Bakhodir Mirzaev met with Ben Sowden, Vice President of the QS WUR Agency QS (Quacquarelli Symonds) organization specializing in an international analysis of higher education institutions around the world,  Jacques de Champchesnel, and Dr. Shadi Hijazis head of the international consulting department of this organization. They discussed the fundamental improvement of the system of training engineers for economic sectors at the National Research University based on innovation and digitalization, the transformation, and the comprehensive development of the university. QS WUR experts recognized that the main indicators of "TIIAME" National Research University have been sharply and intensively increasing in recent years.

               Also, the Rector of "TIIAME" National Research University" Prof. Bakhodir Mirzaev met with Prof. Widodo, the Rector of Indonesia's Brawijaya University (Universitas Brawijaya: Asia ranking 225, World ranking: 801) and discussed international cooperation, professional development, and cooperation of professors and teachers. it was agreed on the publication of scientific articles and the signing of memorandums of understanding between universities in the future.

            On November 8, 2022, the "TIIAME" National Research University" delegation met with Professor Poerbandona S.T., head of the council of Indonesia's Bandung Institute of Technology (Institut Teknologi Bandung: Asia ranking 63, World ranking: 235), director of the education quality assessment department. They discussed international cooperation plans, exchange of students and professors, conducting research in cooperation, issues of professional development, exchange of joint and bilateral diplomas, and agreed upon signing memorandums of understanding between the universities in the near future.

               On November 8, 2022 in Jakarta, Indonesia, the results of the 2023 ranking of the QS World University Rankings: QS Asia University Rankings 2023 Summit of the international rating agency QS will be presented. It was announced that "TIIAME National Research University" in "QS Asia University Rankings-2023" ranked 301st among the universities of the Asia-Pacific ocean region, 14th among the universities of Central Asia, among the higher education institutions of Uzbekistan Ranked No.1 in the QS World University Rankings: QS Asia University Rankings 2023, it is among the top 40 percent of universities.
