The head of our Country Mirziyoyev Shavkat Miromonovich emphasized that "If the economy is an organism that ensures the vital activity of society, then spirituality is its heart and soul." In the same sense, spirituality and enlightenment are the soul and heart of society. The driving force of a person is the spiritual strength given to him.

         According to the President, "Spirituality is our most effective and powerful weapon." When it becomes a powerful weapon, then its effectiveness will be ensured. We are talking about the positive and creative effects, and the moral impact of propaganda. One of the effective means of power is the word, speech. In addition, it is also a bright demonstration of art and talent.

Knowing and following the mechanisms for using the possibilities of deep thinking, language, effective speech, clearly targeted action open gates to results and efficiency. The German thinker Johann Goethe wrote: "You cannot go far if you do not know where you are going." Therefore, it is necessary to know the psychotechnology of setting goals. A specific goal is a form of action.

Launched at the initiative of the President, the caravan of spirituality, culture and art, consisting of intellectuals and educators, works in accordance with the above ideas and rules in organizing meetings and creative dialogues in microdistricts, public enterprises, and educational institutions. It is noteworthy that the propagandists of education and spirituality, gaining experience in the Kashkadarya, Fergana, Samarkand regions and the Republic of Karakalpakstan, create and implement effective forms and methods of propaganda. According to the minutes of the meeting of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 7, 2022,  was organized a trip around the Surkhandarya region organizing cultural and educational events, creative meetings, concert programs. During the week, meetings were held in all microdistricts and public organizations of the region's districts.

An urgent issue is to explain the content and positive impact of the comprehensive reforms implemented in our country to build "New Uzbekistan" and the positive impact on people's lives. It is no secret that for this purpose in our republic, with the wide involvement of cultural and art workers, writers and poets, propagandists of spirituality, live dialogues are held in cities and villages, mahallas with the participation of the population, concert programs, and creative meetings are organized, and the experience of showing national films gives good results in practice. It is noteworthy that starting from students to professors participated at the meeting of the recently opened Denov Institute of Entrepreneurship and Pedagogy. Demonstrative monologues of Honored Artists of Uzbekistan Bakhodir Nishanov and Shamsikamar Mansurova, songs by famous artists Anvar Ganiev, Abdullajon Rakhimjonov, Nihol Prize winner Feruz Normatov, Shamsukamar Kulnazarova, Tohira Khamidov, as well as performances by the talented poetess Gulchekhra Ibragimova, actor of the Satire Theater Murod Nizamov added interest to creative meetings and gala concerts.

In other districts of the Surkhandarya region, one can observe the same spirit. As part of the events, in cooperation with the Republican Center for Spirituality and Education and the Union of Writers of Uzbekistan organized “Book Caravan”, “Festival of Spirituality”, reading quizzes, in particular, the presentation of the monumental book “Heroes of Uzbekistan”.
