Nowadays, great attention is paid to women in our country. All conditions are being created for their active participation in various areas of our society. Yesterday, female students of the "Mechanization of Hydromeliorative works" and "Hydromelioration" faculties met with Ismailova Zukhra Karabaevna, the head of the university Women's Council. B. Mamadaminova, members of the council on women's issues of the MHW and HM faculty, attended the event. Z. Beknazarova, university psychologist M. Mukhammedova and faculty tutors participated at the event. The head of the council Zukhra Karabayevna gave her recommendations on the organization of systematic work on ensuring the harmony of education and upbringing, working with female students, and preparing them for life.

First of all, the conditions created for female students at our university were introduced to the essence of the work being carried out to support and develop their creative potential. Bakhtigul Mamadaminova also mentioned that the girls should be educated in moral and aesthetic culture, they should be directed to professions by involving them in "Kizlarjon" club. Psychologist M. Mukhammedova shared several psychological pieces of training aimed at increasing study efficiency and gave necessary advice. In the training, methods, and means of increasing a person's self-confidence, and eliminating stress and negative emotions were taught. During the event, female students received answers to their questions.
