Any policy is based on reforms and the implementation of industry development plans. In this regard, it is important that a special attention should be paid to the agrarian policy as an essential aspect of the national economy, without which the development of the country is impossible. Therefore, in recent years, much attention has been paid in our republic to the expansion of agrarian reforms and the development of international cooperation.

The 8th Congress of Soil Scientists, which is taking place in Russia ,  O. Hakberdiev, Head of the Department of "Soil Science and Agriculture" Department, the representatives from Faculty of "Land Resources Management " from  " Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and AgriculturalMechanization Engineers" National Research University also actively participated in it. These activities will definitely give their efficiency.
