Skill is a great treasure
On June 15, 2022 in the Student Hostel, with the participation of students of the faculty of Hydromelioration, tutors D. Egamova, D. Akhrarova and K. Yakubova, under the guidance of the psychologist of the university with the aim of preparing girls for independent life and informing them about the possibility of meaningfully organizing their leisure time, setting them in a positive way, as well as having a source of additional income through the acquisition of skills. At the beginning of the event, it was noted that any work of art created by hand has a positive effect on people: it improves mood, calms the nervous system, improves brain function, increases self-esteem, and self-confidence as well.
At the event, a student of group 107, Madina Rustamova, demonstrated to the participants of the meeting the art of scrapbooking - making a bouquet from corrugated paper. Following the proverb “First learn, then teach”, Madina excitedly told the audience that she learned this skill from her classmate Mamatkulova S., a student of the 107th group of Hydromelioration faculty. How wonderful is the situation when our students, continuing the traditions of teachers, effectively use their free time and teach each other the craft!
Inspired by this circumstance, Eshanova Mamura, a first course student , concluded the event by promising to conduct a master class on making a swan using the art for future.
