The report is a call to the future
"TIIAME" National Research University operates in accordance with the "Regulations" approved by the new order of Women's Council, dated December 20, 2021 N. 518, Resolutions and Decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Cabinet of Ministers, orders and resolutions of the relevant ministries, regulatory legal acts of higher organizations.The work plan of the Women’s Advisory Council of University for the 2021-2022 academic year was drawn up on the basis of the above regulatory documents, in accordance with which the consultants of the dean of each faculty planned reports on the activities of women teachers and students. In this regard, it was developed and approved by the plan for hearing reports at each faculty. On July 14, advisers of deans of 2 faculties of University “Hydromelioration” and “Mechanization of hydromelioration works”, advisers to the deans, Ph.D., associate professor Z. Beknazarova and Ph.D., associate professor B. Mamadaminov will prepare and present their reports at the Women's Advisory Council.
The report will be prepared in the form of a presentation, by covering each area. The first to report was the adviser to the Dean of the Faculty of Hydromelioration Z. Beknazarova, in which, among the first, they touched upon their success in increasing the scientific potential of the teaching staff, educational and extracurricular achievements of talented and excellent students, as well as the activities of circles functioning in hostels. Z. Beknazarova gave information not only about talented students, but also about the problems of students with difficult marital status, about the lists of students in the "Women's Book", "Iron Book", "Youth Book", that they were provided with material and moral support, along with rector of the university, deans of faculties and officials. The most important issues were raised in the presentation about the activities of girls in Student Dormitory and that every Friday they organize events based on the work plan of the council.
The next adviser to the dean of the faculty, B. Mamadaminova, also spoke about these issues, about how they use the opportunities created by the President for women and students, the conditions created for our girls. Madaminova said that financial assistance was provided to female professors and teachers with family problems, as well as to single employees. One of the most important facts- departments with a large number of women professors and teachers of these two faculties jointly organize foreign scientific conferences and presentations in the media, publish articles in scientific journals on the list of Higher Attestation Commission. During the reporting process, council members asked many questions, answered them, and made suggestions and comments. Reporting will continue at the faculties.
After listening to the reports of the Dean's advisers, the Chairperson of the Women's Advisory Council made a statement, commented on their reports, and asked for approval of the decision section. A number of proposals were made:
- as a proposal to the university management, to organize at each of the faculties an exit conversation between students and parents at the place of residence ;
-together with the deans of the faculties, invite advisers to the dean on women's issues and take into account their opinion while placing students in dormitories;
- involvement of a separate legal consultant to explain to students their compliance with the internal regulations of the university while entering the ranks of students.
