Nowadays the art of speaking, which is often referred to as "the art of public speaking" is required in every field of work. On March 28, 2022, at the initiative of the university's press secretary, candidate of philological sciences, associate professor Rakhimboy Jumaniyazov, at the University's Palace of Culture was held an event dedicated to this topic. The students of the faculties of energy supply of agriculture and water management, mechanization of hydromeliorative works, mechanization of agriculture attended the event.

Public speaking is giving a speech to a live audience, it is an art. This type of speech is structured with three universal intentions: to inform, persuade and entertain the audience. There was shown a film demonstrating how important it is to be able to speak correctly. The event also discussed the role of speech culture in the life of students.
