At a meeting of the administration, the Head of the advisory council on women's affairs of the university, Ismailova Zukhra Karabaevna, delivered a presentation on the topic "On gender equality among university women and the outcomes of work with female students."The Women's Advisory Council of the University carries out its activities in accordance with the "Regulations" of the Women's Council, approved by Order No. 518 dated December 13, 2021, resolutions and decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, orders, and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, relevant ministries, regulatory documents done by higher organizations, accomplished work are regularly reviewed at meetings.

It was also noted in the report that 33.88% of our female teachers have advanced degrees. Of the 95 university leaders, 25 are women, accounting for 26.3 percent. This is a good result. All this testifies to the effectiveness of the work carried out in this direction. We believe that the leadership of the university is working in the right direction in terms of gender equality and the protection of women.

During the academic year, together with the University Women's Council and partner organizations, as well as with foreign experts were held 2 international conferences and 1 international forum.

In order to ensure gender equality at the university was drawn up a plan for the training of "reserve personnel" and practical work in this direction has already begun. Today's report was focused on the main issues posed by the President of our country to the leaders.

There was given information on the activities of circles, clubs, and sports clubs aimed at the meaningful organization of students' leisure. Our students make extensive use of these opportunities and achieve great success. In the 2021-2022 academic year, our students became the owners of nominal grants.
