At the initiative of the dean of the faculty, tutor B. Abdullayev and students of 205-group of ”Hydraulic engineering” specialty visited Samarkand. Samarkand is famous for its many historical and cultural monuments. With its madrasahs, caravanserais decorated with facing tiles, magnificent mosques and complexes, Samarkand resembles an open-air museum. Samarkand is one of the most beautiful cities in Uzbekistan. Students got acquainted with the unique historical monuments of the city, visited Gur-Emir mausoleum,  Bibi Khanum mosque, the Registan square, the Shakhi-Zinda complex, visited the tomb of Khoja Daniyar and the settlement of Afrosiab.
