On March 16, 2022, on the Alley of Litterateurs was held a spiritual and educational event dedicated to the life and work of the people's poet of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov. The event was attended by the staff and a group of talented students of the Faculty of Hydraulic Engineering.

Abdulla Aripov is a unique poet, he brought national literature to a qualitatively new level. All the poetry of Abdulla Aripov is full of life-affirming optimism. Moreover, the poet knows how to see and feel life in all its diversity and ambiguity. He understands the complexity of life, its contradictions, and that is why his poetry is constantly updated, like nature itself. Only his love for the Motherland remains unchanged.
