In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 10, 2021, No. PP-42 "On measures to radically improve the system of training engineering personnel for sectors of the economy based on innovation and digitalization" at the "TIIAME" National Research University were defined the requirements for the profession in the training of personnel and the tasks of their improvement in cooperation with employer organizations. In order to ensure the implementation of the decree was held a seminar with the participation of qualified specialists of the joint-stock commercial bank "Agrobank" to improve the requirements for the professional qualifications of students in the areas of bachelor's degree "Economics", "Accounting and Audit", as well as in the specialties of the master's program "Management", "Marketing ", "Accounting".

The specialists analyzed the curriculum and the sequence of disciplines in it, the content of the curricula, as well as the similarity and difference of individual subjects with other disciplines. The suggestions and recommendations of practitioners to improve the quality of education and the formation of students' practical skills are important in improving curricula and syllabi.
