The anonymous message states that the employment contract with the university staff was terminated on June, which is not reliable information. The teaching staff worked in June and went on vacation on July 1, 2024.

      Definitely, citizens from all regions of our country come to the capital, live and work. Isn't it absurd to take into account their backgrounds, no matter which regions are they from!

      However, we have decided to clarify the information provided on this matter. At present time there are 36 departments at our university, of which only 7 Heads of the Departments  are from Kashkadarya region.

       Mirzaev Bakhadir Suyunovich has been serving as a rector of the university since 2022.The article states that the rector appointed R. Baratov as the Head of the department in 2017, F. Turaev as the Head of the department in 2020, Z. Khaidarov as the Head of the department for youth affairs, spirituality and education in 2019 and Kh. Khaitov as the head of marketing and student practice affairs Department in 2019  Kh. Khaitov in 2021, Z. Kholmatov Head of the department for organizing research work of gifted students, Norkobilov Mukhiddin as a senior teacher of the department of physical education and sports. All of them were appointed to these positions on the basis of the corresponding order of the university (former Institute).

The comparative analysis of 2021 and 2024 shows that the weight of leaders from Kashkadarya at the university remained unchanged.

     R. Faizullaev , the Head of the university human resources Department and A. Gapparov, Head of the department for managing the anti-corruption system “Compliance Control” , whose names are indicated in this list are not from Kashkadarya region.

    The rector of university comes to work every day at 7:30-7:45 and every day at 14:00 p.m. personally receives citizens (university students, employees and management), on the night from the last Saturday to Sunday of each month the rector of university spends time at  student hostel.

     All those personnel, who left their jobs over the past 3 years voluntarily resigned of their own accord due to the reasons of moving to work to other organizations or going abroad. Their average h-index is only 0.7.

     Over the past two years, 52 teaching staff working at university defended their dissertations for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and 13 dissertations for the degree of Doctor of Science (DSc), scientific potential increased by +18%. At present time the scientific potential of the university is 70.6%.

     Admission of all employees is carried out on the basis of the university vacancies, which are announced through the https://my.mehnat.uz system, where applications are accepted.

  Personnel applying for employment at university, regardless of place of birth or residence, are hired in accordance with the requirements.
