On April 20, 2024 the following seminar-training was held for talented young students and employees of ‘Economics” Faculty of “TIIAME” National Research University. During the event F. Ismailov, head of the project management office of Turonbank  made a presentation on the topic “Contact Center”. Features of the “Contact Center” program presented by the speaker in the banking system of our Republic, its differences from the currently existing “Call Center”, its tasks, the history of the emergence of the “Contact Center”, as well as the tasks of the “Contact Center” with the provition of the ​ ​detailed information.
