With the aim of supporting innovative and creative approaches of youth to solving problems, improving agricultural and irrigation processes among students and young scientists of Higher Educational Institutions in the field of agriculture, technology and irrigation, the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the United Nations Development Program, the Islamic Development Bank The “Smart Agriculture” competition is being held. This competition will be held in 2 areas:

"Smart Agriculture" - an innovative project to improve agriculture

“Smart Irrigation” is an innovative project to improve water resource management.

    On March 28, 2024 the organizers of the competition organized a pre-competition promotional event at ‘TIIAME” National Research University. The event was attended by talented students, graduate students and young scientists of university. Representatives of the UN Development Program provided detailed information about the competition. The event was held in an interactive question-and-answer format; during the event, the organizers asked the participants a number of questions, and at the end, the organizers presented souvenirs to those, who actively participated in the event.
