On February 6, 2024 Bekir Sitki Uzbek, Head of the Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Turkey and Yusuf Ersoy Yildirim, professor of “Agriculture” Faculty at Ankara University made a visit our university. During a long conversation, they exchanged views on Uzbek-Turkish relations,  as well as the further development of the “Watermen” school, created jointly with the Ministry of Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the results of cooperation between “TIIAME” National Research University and Agrobank.

  In particular, the active participation of professors and teachers of “TIIAME” National Research University in the preparation of educational programs and materials of "Watermen" and in the educational process of direct advanced training was especially noted. Besides that, in order to train highly qualified personnel in the field, a number of agreements were reached on establishing cooperation with the Turkish corporation TICO, involving professors and teachers of Ankara University in educational and research processes, as well as strengthening the material and technical base in cooperation.
