By the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan the current year was announced as “2022- the Year of Ensuring Human Interests and Development of Makhallas”. “This year should be considered as a year of fundamental changes in all makhallas,” informed the President of our country at a videoconference. As the evidence of the established practice, it should be mentioned the Presidential Decree of the  Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures for radical improvement the system of work with youth in makhallas”, according to which the position of  youth leaders have been introduced in every town, village,  as well as in each makhalla of cities, towns and villages. Due to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On additional measures to support entrepreneurial activity, promote employment, social protection and meaningful organization of leisure time for young people” dated April 20, 2021 N. PD-6208, nearby makhallas were attached to the universities of Tashkent city.

The working  system of makhallas, created at the initiative of the President of our country, plays an important role in the effectiveness of  reforms, being carried out in the country and improving the well-being of people, improving the spirituality of young people. On February 5, 2022, the youth of “Mirzakalon Ismail” makhalla of  Mirzo-Ulugbek district visited our university on the initiative of the leadership of “Energy Supply of Agriculture and Water Resources” faculty. The youth visited the sports ground of university, where the teacher of “Vocational education and physical culture” department Mukhiddin Norkobilov met with  youth and had a discussion.
