By the invitation of “Ecology and Law’’ Faculty authority, our university was visited by the director of CREM - Institute of Circular Resource Engineering and Management, Hamburg University, Kerstin Kuchta, and a group of scientists led by the head of the laboratory “Interdisciplinary Research and Education on Technological and Economic Issues of the Energy Transition (CIRETEC-GT) of Peter the Great Polytechnic Institute named after Peter I. In particular, achievements in such areas as ecology and environmental protection, digitalization in technological process management, waste recycling, features of the transition to green energy, recycling of water resources were studied, and plans for the future were outlined on the mentioned areas.
