The introduction of mechanisms for the continuous updating of professional knowledge, skills, and abilities of managerial and teaching staff of professional educational institutions forms the basis for the implementation of professional training at the required level to ensure the quality of professional education in accordance with modern requirements. The purpose and requirement of the vocational education system is that young people studying in vocational schools acquire the necessary knowledge and skills for their profession.

Today, 3rd-year students of group 306 of the “vocational education” direction of the Faculty of "Agricultural Mechanization" are undergoing pedagogical practice in order to test their professional skills at the Tashkent Regional College for the provision of services and services. Makhmurova M., Namozova B. and Kengeshova M. conducted a practical lesson for students of the technical school. They provided students with information about the pedagogical tact, pedagogical technique, and the image of the teacher, and told them about the requirements for teachers.
