On November 1, 2022, the 1st year students of "Hydromelioration" Faculty under the guidance of tutor, Gulchekhra Akhmedzhanova visited "New Uzbekistan" Park, built for the thirtieth anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan. While entering to the garden, everyone can see a plenty of plants, trees, flowers. The park is shaped like a pentagon. It is based on a tree with five branches, embodying the directions of the Action Strategy for the Development of Uzbekistan. This beautiful park has all the conditions for the recreation of everyone. There is an artificial lake, sports grounds, children's games, an amphitheater, fountains, trade and service facilities. The central entrance to the park leads to the Independence Monument. The stele, which is 60 meters high, is crowned with the bird of happiness Humo, a symbol of peace, prosperity and freedom.
