An Uzbek-Chinese international educational seminar was organized at the university on the topic "Educational course on water-saving irrigation technology in Uzbek-Chinese agriculture"

Starting from September 7 to September 14, 2023, the Uzbek-Chinese International Educational seminar on the topic "Educational course on water-saving irrigation technology in Uzbek-Chinese agriculture" was organized at the National Research University "TIIAME".

The purpose of the International training seminar is to meet the demand for water in the agricultural sector, as well as economic sectors, manage the efficient use of water resources, protect them, organize water supply to consumers, introduce water resources, as well as preserve technologies in practice. Speakers at the event expressed their experienced conclusions about the role of water-saving Chinese technologies in our country and their advantages. 


Today they expressed their opinion on the ongoing work on the large-scale introduction of these technologies in Uzbekistan. Rector of the National Research University, Professor Bahadir Mirzayev, giving his speech, said: "I think it would be useful if we at our university celebrated the month of September as the days of China. In the first week of September, a meeting was held with 3 Chinese universities. We see that the relations between our university, along with organizations and universities in China, are expanding every year. In particular, the visit of the team of our university to China is scheduled for September 20-23. I think this will also lead to a great development of our mutual cooperation."

The international training course "Uzbekistan-China" has been declared open.
Along with professors and teachers of the People's Republic of China and experienced specialists, professors and teachers of our university will take part in the training seminar with their presentations.

At the seminar, it will be possible to get a lot of information about the problems and solutions of the use of water-saving high-efficiency irrigation technologies in agriculture and their implementation.
