It is important to suggest that from September 1, 2021, the staff of the “group curator” was abolished. Instead, the work of tutoring has been established, which will regularly analyze the spiritual and social state of students and assist in solving the existing problems. A tutor is, first of all, a specialist in a certain field, whose main task is to give the student certain knowledge and skills. Training seminars for tutors are being organized at our university. The university management organized lectures and practical classes for tutors on certain topics. In the videoconference room, there was organized a seminar-training on the topic: “The essence and content of of credit module system and the work of tutors with students in this area” (Khudayarov B.A.), “ The role of tutors in teaching self-governing to students” (Choriev R.K.), “Involvement of students in start-up projects and scientific areas in the future” (Sultonov T.Z.), “Opportunities for students to study foreign languages, get education in abroad” (Salohiddinov A.T.), “Preservation of created conditions in educational premises, dormitories and increasing the responsibility of students” (Khasanov B.U.).

  A tutor is a specialist, who studies the interests of students and creates the  environment for their development, by supporting in the learning process and showing the potential and accepting the right decisions. The duties of tutors include maintaining constant communication with students, providing them with the necessary methodological assistance, monitoring the implementation of individual tasks and assessing students knowledge. The tutor for a long period helps students for achieving goals. The tutor bears full responsibility for the objectivity of the evaluation of the individual assignments by the student.
