It is important to mention that on September 23, 2022, the Associate Professor of "Organization and Management of Water Resources" Faculty Nilufar Yuldasheva held a seminar-training on the topic "Leadership in the development of female students", where 3rd course students of dormitory took part. The training was very informative for  girls, aimed at developing life skills in order to find jobs in society.

 Additionally, exercises aimed at developing such qualities of students as working in a new team, the ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practice, express opinions independently, form critical thinking  and accepting decision towards a reasonable goal that they have learned. Within the framework of the event, the girls got acquainted with the values ​​of getting an education and helping each other in a friendly atmosphere.
