Traditional XXIII-Scientific and Practical conference of young scientists, graduate and talented students on the topic “Modern problems of agriculture and water resources” under the Chairman of the Youth Parliament” was held at “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers” National Research University. The event was attended by the Legislative Chamber of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the head of the Youth Academy of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. About 500 articles were presented at the conference by young scientists and researchers. Within two days period conference participants  will defend their scientific articles on 11 sections of relevant fields.
