In pursuance of the tasks specified in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 10, 2021 No. PP-42 “On measures to radically improve the system of training engineering personnel for sectors of the economy based on innovation and digitalization”, as well as in order to further expand international cooperation in the field of energy, Head of the Department of Power Supply and Renewable Energy Dilshod Kodyrov, Professor of the Department Obid Tursunov and Associate Professor Sirojiddin Khushiev went on a business trip from March 28 to April 15, 2022 to get acquainted with the educational process and research laboratories in Poland, Austria and other developed countries of Europe, which included in the TOP-1000 universities.

On March 30, 2022, the faculty of our university visited the Center for Energy Research in Europe. During acquaintance with the equipment available in the research laboratory of the center, the members of the delegation of our university were personally accompanied by the director-general of the center, Professor Wojciech Nowak. During the visit, a bilateral agreement was reached to conduct two-day practical experiments in the center's research laboratory and to establish a similar research laboratory at our university.
