On November 12, 2021 by the request of Nilufar Mamatsharipova, master of the Department of Operation and Diagnostics of Pumping Stations and Devices of the 4th Dormitory, Faculty of the Institute of Psychology M.K. Mukhamedova "We are together !!!" held an event on the topic. The event was organized with the aim of overcoming conflicts between students and forming solidarity, unity and friendship in the team. The event kicked off with a fairytale therapy called United Integrated Dishonesty. During the action "A creature like me", "ABC", "I learned from you ", "We are together !!!" Interesting trainings were held. The teacher N. Isakulova and the master of the GTS faculty N. Mamatsharipova took an active part in the event. During the event, all the participants were delighted. At the end of the event, the impressions of all the participants were discussed. Most of the participants agreed with the training: “It was a pleasure to spend time on useful work”. During the training, they noted that these ideas are completely wrong, that they all participated in the program with enthusiasm, forgot about all their worries and made the necessary conclusions from the program for themselves. To develop leadership qualities for the next training, a student of faculty expressed a desire to become a Silver trainer. All those who presented were satisfied with the time spent at the event and in conclusion suggested that the next event would be organized on the theme “Aura and Human Energy”.
