It is important to suggest that "8-March- International Women's Day" is celebrated widely everywhere, as during this wonderful event  we wish kind regards , firstly to our dearest Mothers, our dear women and sisters. As our President suggested, feminine elegance and delicacy, fidelity and devotion, intelligence and devotion have been the basis for the continuity and eternity of life on earth for centuries. That is why the world's greatest works of art, songs and poems, architectural monuments are dedicated to women. Respect and reverence for women, the pillars of the family and society, the beauty and splendor of our life, has always been and will be of great value to our people.

       It is an honor that dozens of our sisters have been awarded high scientific titles, orders and medals of our state, such as "Hero of Uzbekistan", "Scientist of Uzbekistan", "People's Teacher of Uzbekistan", "People's Poet of Uzbekistan", "People's Artist of Uzbekistan". Over the past six years, the head of our state has adopted about 30 normative documents aimed at increasing the socio-political activity of women, protecting their health, supporting their aspirations and initiatives, and creating decent working and living conditions for them. a good deed to kind and honest women. The above ideas are seen in the big celebration of International Women's Day on March 8, organized today at "Tashkent  Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" National research University. The event was attended by invited guests, representatives of public organizations, as well as the university administration and women of the university.

 The actuality of the event was in that that there was organized the exhibition of about 200 published textbooks, manuals, monographs, scientific developments of women professors and teachers of the university. This, of course, proves that our women are no less talented than men in the higher education system!

   The Rector of the University, Professor Bakhodir Mirzaev opened the event with a congratulatory speech and sent a congratulatory message to the women of our educational institution from the Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Board Sardor Oktamovich Umurzakov. He then congratulated the female faculty and staff of the university. At the event, it was noted that the women's team of the university consists of 415 people, including 170 professors and 245 employees. It was also noted that 11 doctors and professors, 33 candidates of sciences and associate professors, 11 women work in senior leading positions.

  The Women's Club of Young Scientists currently includes active female professors,  doctoral students from all faculties of the university, who conduct research.  A total of 35 female professors are involved in 11 (practical, innovative, fundamental) projects. It was noted that the participation of teachers, doctoral students and undergraduates, as well as the fact that every year many female professors and teachers receive academic degrees, which is the pride and achievement of the team. According to our President, the happiness of our women is the happiness of our people and society. The event was informative and interesting.
