Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan N. PD-6309 dated September 9, 2021 established the priorities such as supporting youth and their comprehensive development, as well as providing assistance to talented youth. Currently, in addition to the spiritual and educational development of students, educating them into mature specialists, creating all conditions for their physical development, improving high spiritual qualities, forming a national ideology, introducing young people to our rich historical and cultural heritage, national respect for our traditions and universal human values is becoming one of the main tasks of teachers.Encouraging students to regularly work on themselves and participate in scientific and research activities, to demonstrate their talents and develop creative abilities, further support for educated and talented youth. This is the reason of organizing active dialogue between the student and the supervisor.Associate Professor of the Department Durdona Mustafoeva takes an active part in organizing such meetings and holding round-table talk aimed at developing the creative abilities of talented students.
