On March 18, 2024 the preparation of a delicacy - sumalak  was organized at “TIIAME” National Research University. Every year, with the arrival of spring on the twentieth of March, sumalak is cooked in large cauldrons within a day in all regions of Uzbekistan.Navruz Holiday calls people to friendship, brotherhood and cooperation.
