On March 28, 2022, a spiritual and educational event dedicated to the life and work of the people's poet of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov was held on the Alley of Literatteurs. The event was attended by the staff and students of the Faculty of Organization and Management of Water Resources. The event was also attended by the press secretary of the Union of Writers of Uzbekistan Fozil Farkhod, the chief editor of "Sharq Yulduzi" magazine Sirojiddin Rauf, the editor of the "Jahon adabiyoti" magazine Mukhiddin Rakhim, the chief editor of the "Yoshlik" magazine Nurilla Chori and a member of the Union of Writers of Uzbekistan Mansur Djumaev.

Speakers at this event spoke about the great contribution of the poet to the development of modern national literature, to the treasury of world culture. The poetry of Abdulla Aripov occupies a special place in the understanding of the Uzbek people's national identity.
