It is known to everyone that in the modern developing era, the main goal and task of each country is to ensure human rights and freedoms and create a free democratic state. The Constitution is the main document in ensuring human rights and freedoms. It should be noted that the main idea of the constitutional reforms carried out in Uzbekistan is to glorify human dignity and further strengthen its fundamental rights. Preparation and holding of festive events, dedicated to the Constitution Day of the Republic of Uzbekistan, approved by order of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan  N. 72, dated November 16, 2023. In order to ensure the implementation of paragraph 31 of transfer program, special training courses are held to study the content and importance of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, organized by professors and teachers of “ Humanities’’ Department.
