It is known to everyone that Fergana region has been a center of art and culture for centiries. That is why a special festival was organized at the Pedagogical College, located in Kuva district of Fergana, under the motto "Towards a People's State with Constitution of Peope". This event was attended by Professor, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Ismailova Zukhra from National Research University "TIIAME", Associate Professor, candidate of pedagogical sciences Abdujabborova Musallam from the State Institute of Arts and Culture of Uzbekistan, Honored Artist of Uzbekistan Turgun Beknazarov, member of Writers Union of  Kuva region Zukhra Aliyeva and amateur art activities of the region.
