In order to consolidate the theoretical knowledge, the third course students of " Agricultural Mechanization " of   "Hydromelioration" Faculty , under the guidance of group curator Sh. Mardiev, visited the Research Institute LLC "UZGIP" as part of a visit to industry organizations. On October 1, 2019, the Laboratory Research Department was established at UZGIP LLC. In this department, the chemical composition and physical and mechanical properties of water and soil are determined to justify irrigation and reclamation construction projects. The department is divided into 2 groups:

1. Analytical group to determine the chemical composition of soils.

2. Geotechnical group for determining the physical and mechanical properties of soils.

At both faculties, students determined the amount of chemicals in the soil and their water-physical properties in the laboratory.
