A meeting was held in the "Turon Bank" room of our university with the participation of deputy deans of faculties, heads of departments, psychologists, press secretary, tutors, and managers of student accommodation under the leadership of university vice-rector Ruzimurat Choriyev. One of the issues on the agenda was the living conditions of students living in dormitories and renting accommodation, and the duties and responsibilities of tutors assigned to them. Tasks were given to those in charge of the rental system.

Afzal Ubaidullayev, a police major attached to disciplinary issues by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic, also participated in the event. Students were told A. Ubaidullayev in case of any unpleasant incidents among the students.

He said that this is extremely necessary for the honor and prestige of our university. The second issue was focused on meaningful spending of students' free time, and involvement in clubs. R. Choriyev set strict and specific tasks for tutors in organizing sports and public speaking circles.

The head of the department, Z. Haydarov, was entrusted with the task of convening the spiritual council once a month, checking how the work process is progressing, and listening to the reports. It was noted that assistance to orphans and disabled people will go on. The issue of selecting students' talents and organizing a trip to Samarkand was also discussed. Serious and responsible tasks were also assigned to student leaders. It was recognized that the goal is to increase the discipline and activity of students.
