The formation of labor skills among young people, efforts study and work directly emphasize the importance of this question, but at the same time the need for reforms and drastic measures. Therefore, in this regard, a videoconference was held under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, at which measures to ensure youth employment and meaningful leisure activities were discussed. There was discussed the current problems of introducing a new system of work with youth.

   The head of our state stressed the need to organize this activity in two important areas. Firstly, support for youth entrepreneurship and employment through vocational training, and secondly, the organization of leisure time for young people. It was also noted about the necessity of introducing young men and women to entrepreneurs, develop their business skills, provide them with loans and help them start their own business. The Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade was instructed to create local youth in industrial and business zones, and the meeting identified priorities for resolving these issues in each district and city.

    The National Research University "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" held a series of events with officials of Mirzo-Ulugbek region to resolve these issues and completing the task. It was attended by the deputy for youth affairs - the prosecutor of the district and representatives of employers - the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Uzkabel JSC, and the Insurance Company. It is important to note that students' interest regarding this issue is growing day by day. A special group has been created to inform students, that has a desire to work directly with the M. Ulugbek regional employment center. The brief information about the process is shown in the table.
