It is important to suggest that on May 18, 2023, Guzal Eschanova, Associate Professor of  "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" National Research University arrived to Obuda University based on the program  "Erasmus + staff mobility for teaching and learning between the Program and Partner Countries".

   Although Óbuda University got its University status in 2010, it is already a key player in Hungarian higher education and a leading practice-oriented institution providing technical education in Hungary, where more than 12,000 students pursue their studies. According to the latest, 2022 Times Higher Education report, Óbuda University is the highest ranked technical university in Hungary.It offers competitive knowledge in the fields of engineering, informatics, science, economics, and teacher training in 7 faculties, 2 education centers, 17 undergraduate, and 11 master’s programs. Master’s graduates may continue their studies in 3 doctoral schools.

  The quality of education is indicated by the fact that the Institution has a quality certificate according to the requirements of the ISO standard and has won the highest recognition, the Higher Education Quality Award. Óbuda University provides 21st Century answers to the challenges in modern industry in the fields of cyber security, robotics, automation, health informatics, but even in light industry education and top fashion industry’s design planning.

  The management of Óbuda University cooperates with many well-known domestic and international higher education institutions and companies. As a result, a large number of students can participate in the Erasmus+ scholarship programs. Within the framework of the program, many international students can also come to Óbuda University to study. The management of Óbuda University has recently implemented several infrastructural developments such as the complete renovation of Kandó Kálmán Dorm, which houses 400 students in a modern building.
