On March 24,2023, in Samarkand regional branch of ‘‘Family and Women’’ Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, under the Republican movement "Smart Women" and officials of  city administration, all members of "Smart Women" movement in the district, women in microdistricts were provided enough information regarding the importance of the referendum to be held on April 30, 2023. At the event, there participated women activists, propagandists of spiritual and educational work and business women. Ismailova Zukhra Karabaevna, University Professor, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Advisor to the Rector for Women’s Affairs, made a presentation about “Referendum is an important instrument of democracy”.
